To make a complaint but i wish to talk to someone about my experience of trying to buy a house

I wanted to buy a house in Ballina in county Mayo which i saw on Daft.ie. 81 Quignalecka Sligo road Ballina. The guide price was 270000.00. I went to view the house and then they told me that there was a bid of 280000.00 on the house. On my way home to Galway I got a call from the auctioneer (Garrett Loftus) saying the price had gone to 300000.00.I contacted him on Monday morning and i put in a bid of 305000.00 which was the highest bid on the table. Nothing but price gouging

Normally cost 99 and in one fell swoop its 209. What planet are they on. We do all the work and they unilaterally increase the cost by 110% when at the same time they publish incomplete data on rent increases. Always fail to highlight that their average price of 1,2 3 beds are based mainly on new builds
